RECIPE
Bacon & Egg Muffin Casseroles: Whip 6 eggs in a bowl with 1/4 cup miniced bacon. Place cupcake tins in a cupcake tray then spray each tin with avocado oil to help the egg muffin not stick to paper. Pour in mixture up to half way to top of muffin top. Pop tray in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes. Pleae finished Egg Muffins in zip lock bag in frezzer. EAT ANYTIME FOR BREAKFAST OR A SNACK.
